Assessment
Your fitness assessment consists of measuring aspects of your health and fitness.
It includes your heart rate and blood pressure, cardiovascular condition, body
composition, muscular strength and flexibility. The objective of your assessment
is to give you a baseline and a safe starting point. An exercise specialist
will go over your results, help you set goals, and teach you exercise guidelines.
Subsequent assessments will provide information in making some changes to help
evaluate your progress. If you find that you are in a slump with your current
workout program, having an evaluation will give you helpful information in
making some changes for better results.
