Not sure? At the YMCA we have a highly trained group of staff members we call lifestyle coaches. Let one of our staff coach you through a process to think about your goals and establish a plan to accomplish them.
 

What is your next step?
Your lifestyle coach will give you some practical ideas for initiating your health journey. The YMCA supports these initiatives by providing appropriate classes and facility schedules. You can choose to be active in a number of ways—in a group setting or independently. Either way, the Y provides appropriate classes, facility schedules and equipment to support your initiatives.
