You don’t have to lose your strength! In the Strength Training Center
you’ll be guided though exercises to improve muscle tone and flexibility
using machines and free weights and lots of personal attention!

avoided if we keep up a healthy lifestyle, including appropriate exercise.
This 30-minute class with improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and
flexibility using light weights and tubing.

This Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program is for adults with all types
of arthritis who are able to walk on land for 15 minutes or in the water for
5 minutes without excessive pain of fatigue. This 60-minute recreational exercise
program in chest-high warm water will increase range of motion and flexibility.
Swimming is not required.

This 45-minute pool class is for adults with Multiple Sclerosis. Class will
focus on range of motion, stretching, and strengthening. Participants are in
chest-high, warm water. Swimming is not required. |
