SliverSneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music though a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
 

   

SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit
Combining fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.

 

 

AOA Aqua
As we age our exercise need change, but they don’t go away! This 30-minute shallow warm water exercise class is designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength. Swimming not required!

AOA Strength Training
You don’t have to lose your strength! In the Strength Training Center you’ll be guided though exercises to improve muscle tone and flexibility using machines and free weights and lots of personal attention!

AOA Fitness
Experts now say that a lot of what we have come to expect with aging can be avoided if we keep up a healthy lifestyle, including appropriate exercise. This 30-minute class with improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and flexibility using light weights and tubing.

Joyful Joints
This Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program is for adults with all types of arthritis who are able to walk on land for 15 minutes or in the water for 5 minutes without excessive pain of fatigue. This 60-minute recreational exercise program in chest-high warm water will increase range of motion and flexibility. Swimming is not required.

MS Aquatics
This 45-minute pool class is for adults with Multiple Sclerosis. Class will focus on range of motion, stretching, and strengthening. Participants are in chest-high, warm water. Swimming is not required.
