This six week class is an educational and self-help program that combines three essential components for successful long-term weight management: Self-Empowerment, Nutrition, and Physical Activity. We are dedicated to helping out members be at their best in Spirit, Mind & Body—this could be the first step to a healthy 2008. Each session is an hour and a half.
